USA Deliveries:

Dispatch times are 3-5 business days – Estimated delivery is 6-14 business days.


UK Deliveries:

Dispatch times are 1-2 business days – Estimated delivery is 3-9 business days.


Worldwide Deliveries:

Dispatch times are 1-2 business days – Estimated delivery is 6-14 days.


Please allow more time for all deliveries at peak times.

It is your responsibility to make sure that you provide us with the correct contact AND delivery address. Vshop Luxury will automatically deliver to the address you provide when placing your order, so failure to provide the correct details may mean that your goods are sent to an incorrect address.


If your order has already been dispatched then regrettably Vshop Luxury cannot be held responsible for the missing item/items.


If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, non-collection from the livery depot and it is returned to sender we will contact you upon receipt to re-arrange a delivery.


There may be an additional dispatch charge if this is as a result of incorrectly provided details.


Please note: It will be 15 working days from the date of dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item/items sent by first Class Mail. For overseas orders we have to wait 20 working days before we can investigate any non-arrival items.


Returns Information

We want to ensure you are always happy when shopping with us. If you are not happy with your item please return the unused product to us within 5 days of delivery and we will refund the cost of the goods, excluding all delivery charges. Please insure the package is secured and wrapped well before returning and include details of your order number and whether a replacement or refund is required.


Include a full description of why you are return the item. Any faulty item must have a full description of what the fault is. Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when you send it.
